How to Enter

Step 1: Register yourself.

Kindly complete this form to obtain registration before 31st October each year and return to:

Step 2: Send your forms, presentation and processing fee to the FIABCI Secretariat.

1. At least one interior and one exterior photograph or illustration.
2. Any brochures relating to the project, or brief written description.

You will receive an entry number should your project qualify for submission. On receipt of the entry number, a detailed submission and payment of entry fee needs to be submitted by 31st December of the year of the awards.

The project submitted must be completed, operational and occupied 12 months before 31st December of the year of the awards.

All material submitted will not be returned.

Step 3: Recognition for the winners

The final Oversight Panel deliberation meeting will take place in March and all entrants will be notified of the results.

Winners will be honoured at an official awards presentation ceremony to be held at the FIABCI World Congress in May.

Winners will be entitled to use the prestigious ‘FIABCI Prix d’Excellence’ logo on their business materials, and international exposure including an advertisement in the Wall Street Journal, featuring on the FIABCI website and roll-of-honours of Prix d’Excellence.

Who May Enter the Awards

Individual or Groups from the private or public sector with executive responsibility for a real estate project may enter for selection and adjudication.
