Process of Submission and Payment of Entry Fee

  1. The applicant is to fill up the Registration Form (download from www.fiabciprix.com).
  2. Then submit the completed Registration Form to the Secretariat (see address below) either via email, fax, or post on or before 31st October of the current Awards year.
  3. Please attach the following information when submitting your completed Registration Form:
    • a. At least ONE interior and One Exterior photograph or illustration of the project
    • b. Printed project’s brochure, and
    • c. The project’s brief information or description
  4. The Organizing Committee will check the data and project information and decides whether the project can be accepted for the Prix d’Excellence Awards.
  5. The project will be accepted for the Awards if it fits into basic requirements and criteria.
  6. The applicant will be informed accordingly of the decisions whether the project is accepted or not for the Awards.
  7. If the project is accepted, then a detailed Submission Form will be given to the applicant together with an Invoice of the payment of Entry Fee. Member: Euro1,200 net, Non-Member: Euro1,500 net.
  8. The applicant then proceeds to prepare their project’s detail information according to the prescribed questionnaires in the Submission Form.
  9. The completed Submission Form and related information have to be returned to the Secretariat on or before 31st December of the current Awards’ year.
  10. The Entry Fee has to be paid or transferred according to the deadline in the Invoice given or before 31st December of the current Awards’ year.

Basic Criteria

The participating project must have been completed and fully operational for at least 12 months before 31st December of the current Awards' year. For Master Plan Category, If the project comprises of several phases, at least 1 phase has been completed and operational for at least 12 months before 31st December of the current awards' year.

All material submitted will not be returned.

The entry fee is:

  • FIABCI member - Euro 1,200 per project per category
  • Non FIABCI member - Euro 1,500 per project per category

** Please include an additional of Euro30 as third party bank charges. Any shortfalls of the net fee shall be borne by the participant.


Who May Submit for the Awards

The owner, developer, professional, company or group from the private and public sector who assume the executive responsibility for the project or property may nominate and submit the project for the Awards.


Notification of Results

The final Oversight Panel deliberation meeting will take place in March of the current Awards' year and all entrants will be notified of the results.


Awards Presentation Ceremony

Winners will be honoured at an official Awards Presentation Ceremony to be held at the FIABCI World Congress in May of the current Awards' year.


Using of the Awards' Logo

Winners will be entitled to use the prestigious ‘FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards' logo on their business materials, and international exposure including an advertisement in the Wall Street Journal, featuring on the FIABCI website and Roll-of-Honours of FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards.
